My Manager Ryan took me under his wing and has been teaching me everything he knows. I have learned so much in a short period of time at WesBanco. I was then promoted to leave Huntington Bank and transfer to WesBanco as the Office Manager in Center Twp. In 2021 Huntington Bank decided to close branches in February 2022 and my office in Brighton Twp was one of them. In this position I learned the sales aspect of banking so that I could get one step closer to becoming a Branch Manager one day. I had my second baby Zoey in 2020 and then in 2021 I was promoted to Financial Relationship Banker at the Brighton Twp Office. In 2019 they eliminated that position and so I became the Branch Service Manager once again. With the service managers in those offices to make them the best that they can be. In that position I oversaw 10 of the branches in Beaver County and coached around service, sales, and operations expertise. In 2018 I was promoted once again to become a Community Service Manager. She taught me the skills and gave me knowledge to be a boss that people wanted to follow. She taught me how to lead a team and lead with purpose. I was able to work with one of the most influential leaders that I have ever worked with, her name was Sharon Saunders. When I became a manager that is truly when my journey as a leader began. I had my first baby in 2014 her name is Milah, and I continued to work both jobs until I was promoted to Branch Service Manager at the Beaver office in 2015. In October 2012 I got a part time job at Huntington Bank and then was promoted to full time Teller two weeks later.
